LEARNING THROUGH EXPERIENCE – EXPLORING THE WORLD OF FRUITS WITH GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES

News Tuesday, 15/09/2026

In the Global Perspectives programme for Class 1CS, students are encouraged to learn through real-life experiences that are closely connected to their everyday lives. Through these activities, they gradually develop their observation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

This week, with the topic “Fun with the Fruits – Tasting the Fruits,” the classroom became more lively than ever as the students had the opportunity to observe, taste, and distinguish between the sweet and sour flavours of a variety of fresh fruits. Each flavour not only brought out many adorable expressions, but also became the starting point for an exciting journey of discovery.

Starting with familiar fruits, the students explored where fruits come from, how they are transported before reaching the dining table, and different ways to preserve them so they can stay fresh for longer.

Through each hands-on experience, learning goes beyond the knowledge found in textbooks and becomes a meaningful journey: learning through observation, learning through experience, and learning from the simple, everyday things around us.

Let’s take a look at the students’ adorable expressions, their moments of curiosity, excitement, and enthusiasm during today’s lesson!
