NGUYEN SIEU PRIMARY SCHOOL TAKES PROACTIVE MEASURES TO PREVENT MOSQUITOES AND INSECTS, ENSURING STUDENT SAFETY
To help maintain a clean and safe school environment, Nguyen Sieu Primary School took proactive measures to prevent mosquitoes and insects by arranging a pest-control treatment on Friday afternoon, 16 October, after students had finished their school week and begun their weekend break. This timing allowed the school to carry out preventive measures and clean the premises before students returned to their lessons.
The treatment was carried out in coordination with a professional pest-control provider, with school staff overseeing the process. On 17 October, the school organised a thorough clean of classrooms and shared areas, inspected and rearranged classrooms, and checked that hygiene standards were met before welcoming students back for the following school week.
All relevant departments were instructed to follow post-treatment cleaning procedures carefully, helping to minimise the risk of allergic reactions and other potential adverse effects on the health of students, teachers and staff.
Every preventive measure taken by the school serves one shared purpose: protecting everyone’s health and maintaining a safe learning environment where children can learn and play with confidence every day.
