OPENING CEREMONY FOR THE 2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR | NGUYEN SIEU PRIMARY SCHOOL

On the morning of September 5, Nguyen Sieu Primary School, alongside schools across the country, attended the Opening Ceremony Program for the 2026–2027 academic year organized by the Ministry of Education and Training according to Plan No. 1710/KH-BGDĐT dated August 14, 2026. The program was held simultaneously from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, connecting schools with the central point at Muong Khuong Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities (Lao Cai Province) and other locations nationwide.

At Nguyen Sieu Primary School, teachers and students tuned in to the broadcast together, performing the flag-saluting ceremony, singing the National Anthem, and beating the opening drum in unison with the central ceremony following the program's unified protocol.

On this special day, the school's faculty and students were honored to welcome delegates representing the leaders of Yen Hoa Ward Police, Yen Hoa Ward Military Command, the School Parents' Representative Board, and distinguished guests who came to attend and share in the joy.

In particular, the school respectfully received fresh flower baskets and meaningful gifts with congratulations for the new school year from Mr. Bui Quang Huy – Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Meritorious Teacher Nguyen Huu Do – former Deputy Minister of Education and Training; the Central Team Council; alongside agencies, units, and class parents.

Among these, 1,000 red scarves and a set of Team drums were special gifts presented to the students by the Central Team Council, conveying affection, care, and trust in the school's young generation. The fresh flower baskets, best wishes, and thoughtful gifts made the opening day even more heartwarming, solemn, and memorable.

Nguyen Sieu Primary School expresses its sincere gratitude for the care, precious affection, and meaningful gifts that leaders, organizations, units, delegates, and parents bestowed upon the school's teachers and students on this opening day. This is not only a source of joy and honor, but also a great motivation for teachers and students to keep striving, innovating, and writing beautiful milestones in the 2026–2027 academic year.

This year's school opening day was also an occasion to welcome new Grade 1 students. Taking their very first steps into the classroom and getting to know teachers and friends, they officially began their 5-year journey of learning and growing at Nguyen Sieu Primary School.

Educating school tradition was also an emphasized content during the opening program. Through images, stories, and milestones throughout the school's establishment and development, students gained a deeper understanding of Nguyen Sieu Primary School's history and the generations of teachers and students who helped build the school today.

For Grade 1 students, this was the first time they learned about the school they will be attached to during their primary years. For students in Grades 2 to 5, it was an opportunity to look back at cultivated traditions and values, and better understand each member's responsibility in preserving them.

The 2026–2027 academic year has officially begun! Wishing all students a school year filled with joy, active learning, and discovery; wishing our teachers endless passion and creativity as they accompany our students; and wishing our parents a year filled with trust, sharing, and close collaboration with the school.
