EXUBERANT ATMOSPHERE AT THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL OPENING CEREMONY

Autumn's gentle caress heralds the start of a new academic year. On September 4th, Nguyen Sieu Primary School marked the commencement of the 2024-2025 school year with a dignified and heartfelt ceremony.
Nguyen Sieu Primary School was graced by the presence of distinguished leaders, delegates, and valued parents.
The school was deeply moved by the warm congratulations expressed through the beautiful flower bouquets.
The presence of a floral tribute from Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, was a particular highlight. This is a proud moment for the school and a reflection of the Party's unwavering support for education.
The Opening Ceremony was also attended by many delegates: Dr. Nguyen Huu Do - Former Deputy Minister of Education and Training; Dr. Vu Dinh Chuan - Former Head of the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Training; Dr. Thai Van Tai - Head of the Department of Primary Education, Ministry of Education and Training; representatives of central and local agencies, international organizations, media partners, parents, and more than 160 staff members, teachers, and nearly 1,300 students.
The school principal declared the opening of the new academic year
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, the school principal, delivered a speech declaring the opening of the new academic year. Recalling the outstanding achievements of the previous school year, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan considered this a well-deserved result after the efforts and hard work of the teachers and students of the school. Besides, she also expressed her expectations for a successful new school year with many rich and quality activities.
The school principal also expressed her deep gratitude to the leaders at all levels, the delegates, and the parents for their constant care and companionship with the school. She emphasized the importance of cooperation between the school, family, and society in educating and training the younger generation.
The school drum signals the start of a new academic year
Dr. Nguyen Vinh Hanh, Chairman of the School Council, struck the ceremonial drum to officially open the new school year. The school drum has always held a sacred significance for generations of students and teachers at Nguyen Sieu Primary School. This momentous occasion marks the beginning of a promising new academic year.
In a solemn atmosphere, Colonel Nguyen Trong Vinh, People's Teacher, and Teacher Duong Thi Thinh, the two founders of the school, were presented with a bouquet of flowers by the Chairman of the School Council as a token of appreciation.
Special and meaningful performances
The special and meaningful performances Teachers and students have brought very impressive singing and dancing performances. The cheerful and lively melody of the song "Welcome to the new school year" is like a warm greeting, inviting us to step into a new school year full of enthusiasm.
The performance "Fly up, student dreams" is like a message to students, always nurture your dreams, constantly learn and strive to make your dreams come true.
Closing the art program welcoming the new school year was a mashup of two songs "Top of the World" and "We Are the World" performed by the teachers of the Bilingual group and the students. The performance brought an extremely exciting atmosphere to the students. And especially brought a message of solidarity and love!
