NGUYEN SIEU PRIMARY SCHOOL HOLDS EMPLOYEES' CONFERENCE – IMPLEMENTING TASKS FOR THE 2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

Nguyen Sieu Primary School recently held the Employees' Conference to implement key tasks for the 2026–2027 academic year, with the attendance of the Board of Directors along with school teachers, staff, and faculty members.

At the conference, the school outlined core tasks for the upcoming school year, focusing on improving educational quality, staff development, integrated curricula, bilingual education, STEM/STEAM, digital competency, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation, while continuing to foster an educational environment oriented toward being smart, eco-friendly, and international bilingual.

In addition to implementing professional tasks, the conference dedicated time for specialized departments and employee representatives to present papers, exchange ideas, and contribute feedback, sharing real-world experiences from their daily work and proposing solutions for the new academic year. Speaking at the conference, Dr. Nguyen Vinh Hanh – Chairman of the Board of Nguyen Sieu Primary School – emphasized the requirement to bring academic year tasks into practice rather than letting them remain mere plans or slogans. This spirit is concrete through the STOP – KEEP – START orientation: stopping what is no longer appropriate; keeping and preserving good values and established routines; and starting necessary changes to enhance work quality and the educational environment.

One of the highlighted contents was building an environment of integrity, discipline, and transparency; continuing to maintain school routines, a lifelong learning spirit, technology application, and the bilingualization of suitable content. The school also set a goal to support students according to their needs, aiming to ensure no student is left behind.

The conference also launched and signed the Emulation Agreement for the 2026–2027 academic year, demonstrating collective unity and commitment to achieving the set goals. Closing the conference, the staff of Nguyen Sieu Primary School enters the 2026–2027 academic year with a spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and proactive innovation, continuing to promote nurtured values while translating guidelines into concrete actions in every classroom and educational activity.
