NSPS has the full right to use the individual's image legally and ensures that it does not cause any negative impact on the honor, dignity, and reputation of the individual. By confirming their agreement to enroll at NSPS, parents and students agree to let NSPS use their personal image for administrative and communication purposes without time or platform limitations. NSPS commits to only choosing to cooperate with reputable partners and units to produce images and commits to storing images securely.

In case parents/students want to limit/refuse the use of their or their students' images, they must notify the school and relevant parties in writing. Parents/students are allowed to take photos or videos on campus and at school events, except for restricted areas with signs prohibiting filming and photography and special events with restricted filming announced by the school. When filming or taking photos at school events, parents/students must comply with the school's rules. If parents/students do not comply with the principles, the school has the right to refuse or withdraw permission to film or take photos at any time; as well as possibly take legal action in some cases with serious consequences.
