Regulations Regarding Bus Transportation

  1. Parents voluntarily submit an application to register their children to use the company’s transportation services, and the school, on behalf of the parents, will sign the contract.
  2. Students must be at the pickup point at least 5 minutes before the bus departs. The bus only serves according to the school’s scheduled pickup and drop-off times for the route registered by the parents; it is not valid for other routes. Students must get in line and board the bus on time; if they are late, they must find their own transportation home.
  3. Parents must drop off and pick up their children at the correct time and location. If they arrive late, the family is responsible for the transportation of their child to and from school.
  4. Parents should closely coordinate with the homeroom teacher and the bus supervisor to ensure their child follows traffic safety laws, transportation company regulations, and school rules regarding bus use (such as boarding or alighting only when the bus is fully stopped, not sticking heads or hands out of the bus windows while the bus is moving or stopped, not playing on the bus or at pickup/drop-off points, not littering or drawing on the bus, and notifying the homeroom teacher and bus supervisor if the student will be absent). Compliance with the bus supervisor’s instructions in all matters is required.
  5. The bus will only pick up and drop off at the main road (if the road is two-way, pick-up or drop-off will be done in one direction only). At locations without a teacher present, parents are fully responsible for their child's safety.
  6. Bus fees are based on the transportation company's rates and are paid along with the tuition fees. When the bus service is no longer needed, parents must submit a request to stop and notify the school at least one month in advance. Bus fees will be rounded up to the full month from the date the student stops using the service.
  7. Any incidents involving the bus and passengers (students, teachers) are the responsibility of the transportation company and individuals who have signed contracts with the school, in accordance with legal passenger insurance regulations.
  8. Students may only use one bus, and the school does not accommodate one-way bus trips. The school will only open centralized pick-up and drop-off points if there are at least 8 students.
  9. Students and parents are required to fully comply with these regulations. If there are violations that affect other students, the school, or especially the safety of students, the school may temporarily suspend or refuse to provide bus services.
  10. Parents’ registration for the school bus service may be accepted or deferred if it does not align with the schedule or if there are no available seats.
  11. For any feedback or contributions, parents can contact directly at 02435729999 (extension 5) during business hours on weekdays.
