Teacher training program
1. On-site training program
Every summer, teachers get to study with leading domestic and international experts right at school on the following topics: (1) Active teaching methods, (2) Life values - Life skills, (3) Active discipline methods, (4) Experiential teaching, (5) Overview of Cambridge Program and Co-teaching, (6) Assessment for Learning and Active learning, (6) Metacognition and Effective Classroom Talk...
2. Online training program from Cambridge
Cambridge online training lasts 5 weeks and teachers will spend 3–5 hours per week on the training. The training program is divided into several levels: For teachers with less than 1 year of experience, from 1 to 3 years and over 5 years. The training program will provide a complete and in-depth overview of teaching methods, lesson plans and curriculum frameworks… Besides, this is also an opportunity to exchange and learn from teachers from different countries.
3. English classes for Vietnamese staff, teachers and employees
As part of the plan to develop teacher capacity and international integration, Vietnamese staff, teachers and employees are able to study English directly with foreign teachers and participate in international certification exams right at the school.
